The International Monetary Fund updated their current economic projections for the next year. The IMF projects tepid growth for the United States, Japan, and Britain. All three economies are expected to grow by a mere 1.0% next year. The Euro Area is expected to grow at 1.5% in 2024. All of these projections are well below the historic global economic growth rate of 3.0%.

However, Emerging Markets are expected to do substantially better. Sub-Saharan African Nations are expected to grow at 4.1%, China at 4.5%, and topping the list for growth is India, expected to expand at 6.3%, the best in the world.

Can anyone say BRICS Nations?
