For as long as I can remember there has been one sector in our society that has been rabidly anti-oil.

Back in 1969, just after a massive oil spill in Santa Barbara, California. I remember attending a rally by Get-Oil-Out, “GOO.” And organization whose sole purpose was to stop all offshore oil drilling.
