Using the admittedly volatile forex markets we can see a trend emerging for the Dollar, at it is disturbing, to say the least.

The Dollar began the Pandemic trading between 98 and 100 on Forex. Today it trades at 90. That's a nearly 10% drop in slightly over a year. A dramatic move for any nation's currency.
